WAHSA members provide a variety of services in the following settings: retirement housing, assisted living, nursing homes, as well as home and community services. They share a commitment to provide the highest quality of care to older persons throughout Washington state. 

WAHSA will feature ten members yearly. The selection is random, and the intent is to share the uniqueness of every member, their contribution to the the residents they serve and to the community at large.

 

     

Northaven Retirement Living / Northaven II- Assisted Living

Warm, secure, inviting, friendly – these are just a few words to describe the unique senior community at Northaven, an apartment residence located in the Northgate neighborhood of North Seattle. Administered by a warm and service-minded staff, Northaven provides a senior residence built on a foundation of caring and concern for the individual resident. 


SEA Mar Community

SEA MAR Community Care Center is a long-term rehabilitation facility, located on 7.5 acres in Seattle’s South Park neighborhood with views of downtown Seattle and Mt. Rainier. 


Anderson House

Anderson House provides a variety of living accommodations for seniors, ranging from retirement living to skilled nursing.


Kenney Presbyterian

The Kenney Presbyterian Retirement Community is the only Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) in West Seattle.


Horizon House

Horizon House is a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) dedicated to life fulfillment.


Kawabe Memorial Home

Kawabe Memorial Home is a Retirement Housing Community

skilled nursing facility located on the shores of Lake Washington

Foss Home and Village

Foss Home and Village has served the Puget Sound area as a non-profit nursing home since 1929.


Nikkei Concerns

Nikkei Concerns is a not-for-profit organization that was established in 1975 to provide health and related services in a traditional atmosphere to primarily elderly Japanese in the Pacific Northwest.


German Retirement Home

German Retirement Home is a 48-unit retirement community located on 3-1/2 acres of landscaped grounds and gardens near Lake Washington.


Canterbury Manor

Canterbury Manor is a non-profit organization nestled on 2.5 beautifully landscaped acres in Bremerton with spectacular views of the Olympic Mountains, Puget Sound and Mount Rainer.


Garden Village

Garden Village is a non-profit nursing care facility, in the Yakima Valley, providing high-quality services for short-stay clients recovering after an accident or surgery, and long-term residents who have chosen Garden Village as their home.


Legacy House

Legacy House is a non-profit organization, owned and managed by the Seattle Chinatown-International District Preservation and Development Authority (SCIDPDA), a housing and community development agency.


Living Care Retirement Community

Living Care Retirement Community is a non-profit, Christian based, non-denominational community that provides a variety of quality housing, care and services for seniors.


Franke Tobey Jones

Franke Tobey Jones has served the Tacoma area, on a beautiful 20-acre campus next to Pt. Defiance Park, as a non-profit continuing care facility since 1924.


The Springs at Pacific Regent

The Springs is a 54 bed skilled nursing facility operated by The Fountains, one of the nation’s leading providers of housing, hospitality and health care for mature adults.


Riverview Retirement Community

Riverview Retirement Community is the oldest Continuing Care Retirement Community under the same ownership in the Spokane area, opening in October of 1959.

Van Mall is a retirement community that offers luxurious apartment homes in a quiet residential area.


Washington Odd Fellows Home

The Washington Odd Fellows Home is a non-profit retirement facility offering three levels of care: independent apartments, assisted living and skilled nursing. They are nestled in a ten-acre, park-like setting in a residential neighborhood adjacent to Whitman College in Walla Walla.


Rockwood South
